Looking to move from Nanny – Family Assistant to House Manager?
Live-In Nanny Needed for a family of 3. They need a nanny / tutor / educator for their 7 year old son. It is a live in position, 4 days on 3 days off (the 3 days off are live-out, so you’ll need somewhere to go on these days you aren’t working), starting 9am Wednesday and ending 9am Sunday. Everything is provided for the position, full benefits, a car (a driver). They are living in Beverly Hills, near the Beverly Hills Hotel.
They would like someone with English as a 1st language (additional languages are a bonus, ESPECIALLY MANDARIN). You would also need to be able to travel internationally (12 days in June/July and 31 days in Dec (you will work over the Holidays)).
Pay is currently open, they are really looking for a fantastic person, someone that will instill a sense of independence in the boy, shoe laces, homework before fun, clean up after himself, manners, confidence (he already has plenty of that); putting him on the path to becoming an intelligent, well-mannered little man. They would like someone that has had experience with a schedule like this, worked in a staffed house, somebody educated, youthful (basketball and soccer skills are a big advantage), and above all, reliable and genuine, brimming with positivity.
Everything pertaining to the boy would be your responsibility at 1st, whilst slowly transitioning a number of those responsibilities over to him, you would still be responsible for scheduling, child’s laundry, food prep, anything to do with his school, playdates and other family assistant duties (you would have the whole day while he is at school to get things done).
As the boy gets older and more self-sufficient the plan is for the nanny to gravitate away from the live-in situation, and take on a full-time House Manager position, with a Monday – Friday 8a-6p schedule and of course a pay rise.

Caregiver must be aged 21+
Caregiver must be Fluent in English (MANDARIN A HUGE PLUS)
Caregiver must be able to make at least a 2-year commitment to the family
Caregiver must be able to drive
Caregiver must be a US Citizen or Legal Resident
Caregiver must have outstanding references
Caregiver must be willing to complete TrustLine Registration upon hire
Caregiver must have a clean criminal record and motor vehicle record
Caregiver must hold a current CPR, First Aid/AED Certificate (or complete upon hire)
Caregiver must have professional childcare experience as a full-time Nanny and Family Assistant, preferably live-in.
