Silverlake Executive Assistant Needed for an excellent opportunity for growth in a fresh business. Our fantastic client is looking for someone that can completely handle her day to day and keep her running on schedule; please see below.


3+ years of Executive Assistant level experience working with a C-level executive.
A commitment of 40 hours a week with the ability to travel on occasion.
Have some previous experience working in media or entertainment.
Must be detail oriented.
Must be proficient with Mac.
Proficient with Google Drive, Dropbox, Google Slides/Keynote, Google Calendar, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign.
Must be able to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, delegate and change course of action quickly.
Must have strong organizational and follow thru skills, especially with travel/scheduling meetings.
Must be a strong problem solver and effective communicator.
Must be able to take initiative and also work as part of a team.
Must keep a calm demeanor under pressure.
Ability to relate positively to people from diverse backgrounds and professional levels.
Demonstrates ability to maintain confidentiality with regard to privileged matters.


Candidate will provide executive administrative support.
Coordinate and arrange full range of travel, including flights, cars, hotels for both Domestic and International.
Coordinate meetings and events, and put together meeting materials as required.
Greets clients, talent and executives.
Attend meetings as required.
Monitor Executive’s emails.
Compose memos and correspondence for supervisor’s review and signature.
Perform clerical duties as needed.
Perform various related duties as necessary.

Hours are 10 am – 6 pm daily in Silverlake .
Pay is $25 per hour
