Personal Assistant For High Profile Influencer

A personal assistant for high profile influencer needed to work in the LA area and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years experience supporting a high-profile entertainer in a similar capacity. Must have high levels of discretion. There is travel involved in this role, candidates must have a 24/7 mindset and be able to travel as needed. Candidates must also be local to the Los Angeles area.

Typical duties include –

• Managing master calendar, liaising with Glam, Manager, Production Companies, Creative Direction Team (for music project), and Brand Team
• Managing all parties and call out red flags, scheduling conflicts, be super ahead of schedule and anticipate needs & moves – super high attention to detail
• Having a strong work ethic and expectation on working long hours with a passion for the vision, and little patience for people who don’t have strong will or are too delicate / emotional
• Attending photo & video shoots, liaising with all stakeholders
• – Managing up client to help keep on time for all engagements
• Organizing PR, home, booking home maintenance services (cleaners, food deliveries, gardeners, etc)
• Booking last minute shoots
• Able to shoot social content for (example shooting on iPhone while holding panel light)

A drivers license will be required, as will a passport and authorization to work in the USA. Qualified candidates will be responded to.
