(CLOSED) Family Assistant / Household Manager in Beverly Hills

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Compensation: $45-50/hr ($95,000-$105,000)
Location: Beverly Hills (Benedict Canyon)

A busy Beverly Hills family is seeking a kind, proactive, and hyper-organized Family Assistant / House Manager to support their home. With two daughters ages 10 and 13, the role is no longer nanny-focused but centered around managing the home and family logistics. The ideal candidate is efficient, flexible, and happy to work alongside an already well-supported household that includes housekeepers, a chef, and some extended family.

Key Responsibilities:

• General household management and organization
• Afternoon school pickups and driving (vehicle provided)
• Coordinating family schedules and supporting with errands
• Managing vendor appointments and overseeing minor projects
• Occasional travel coordination and support with the Malibu home
• Light support with children as needed (they have tutors and are independent)

About the Home & Family:

• 2 daughters (10 & 13) attend separate schools
• Family has 4 dogs (3 small poodle mixes and a golden retriever)
• Two full-time housekeepers and one full-time chef
• Girls enjoy horseback riding, tennis, and swimming
