(OPEN) Full-Time Nanny/Family Assistant In Montecito, CA

A warm and active family in Montecito is seeking a flexible and experienced full-time nanny/family assistant to support their three energetic boys. The role requires someone who can match the boys’ energy, provide clear boundaries, and offer thoughtful, proactive support to the household.

Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, approx. 40–50 hours/week
• Morning shift: Assist with getting kids ready and off to school (AM start)
• Afternoon shift: Return at around 2 PM for afternoon and evening care
• Location: Montecito, CA — includes 5-month travel to Texas in the fall
• Compensation: $40/hour on payroll
• Benefits: Monthly health insurance stipend, use of private on-site property for occasional overnights
• Vehicle Requirement: Must have your own reliable vehicle
