An additional layer of protection which solidifies the employer employee relationship is ensuring legal classification of employment and adhering to all State and Federal Laws. When your employee signs up for the position, they also plan on that schedule and income. We can provide employees that work with flexible schedules, but will still be assigned a minimum amount of hours per week. If you are going on vacation or unavailable for a while, we require that you pay the nanny their minimum guaranteed hours whether you need them or not. That way they can rely on their profession to be consistent.
