M-F Family Assistant / Nanny in Hidden Hills $40

A young family in Hidden Hills is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Assistant/Nanny to help care for their 3-year-old child and provide household support.

This is a full-time position with the flexibility of live-in or live-out arrangements. Typical work hours are Tuesday–Saturday, 1 PM–9 PM, with occasional travel and additional tasks as needed.

Childcare Duties:

• Create a safe, happy, and nurturing environment for the child.
• Prepare and serve nourishing meals and drinks according to family guidelines.
• Manage nap time and bedtime routines.
• Plan and participate in outings, educational activities, and playtime.

Household Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas, including rooms, bathrooms, hallways, stairways, and outdoor spaces.
• Wash and put away dishes, glasses, and flatware.
• Handle laundry, including washing, folding, and organizing clothes, sheets, and towels.
• Change bed linens and make beds.
• Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash properly.
• Run errands, such as grocery shopping and dry-cleaning pick-ups/drop-offs.
• Assist with meal preparation for the family.
• Manage pet care (feeding, walking, etc.).

Other Duties:

• Handle any additional family requests and job-related tasks.
• Accompany the family on trips, as needed.
• Provide occasional evening support for date nights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in childcare or family assistance.
• Reliable vehicle and a clean driving record.
• LA Resident
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• CPR certification (up-to-date).
• Polished, professional appearance.
• Strong prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Flexibility with scheduling and tasks.
• Commitment to professionalism, discretion, and maintaining confidentiality.
