(OPEN) Full Time Housekeeper in Westwood $40/hr + Benefits

We are seeking a reliable, team-oriented housekeeper to join a staff of six full-time housekeepers who rotate across four daily shifts (6am–2:30pm, 8am–4:30pm, 11am–7:30pm, 12:30pm–9pm), seven days a week. 

This is an existing client of ours and the staff we have placed are still there and still happy! Candidates must be flexible and available to work any shift on any day, with the schedule provided 2 weeks in advance. While they aim to schedule two consecutive days off per week, this is not guaranteed.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of professional housekeeping experience and is eager to work collaboratively and be trained by their team. This is a non-supervisory role and best suited to someone who thrives in a structured team environment. Highly experienced candidates seeking management responsibilities may not find this a fit.

Compensation includes $40/hour, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 15 days of paid vacation per year, and up to 3% matching contributions to a simple IRA.
