(CLOSED) House Manager Caretaker in Woodside $130-$150K

We are seeking a committed, intelligent, and grounded individual to serve as a live-in caretaker, companion, and personal assistant for an extraordinary HNW individual based in Woodside, CA (San Francisco Bay Area). This is a full-time, 5 days a week role, on-call availability between 7am and 10pm, 2 consecutive days off, and housing in a separate residence on the property.

The client is a highly accomplished, sharp-minded individual with a vibrant personality and a strong desire to maintain his independence. Though he is navigating vision loss, he remains physically active and continues to engage with his work, interests, and daily routines. He’s passionate, driven, and values having thoughtful, capable support around him, someone who can keep up with both his energy and intellect.

Responsibilities

• Be a consistent, steady presence throughout the day
• Assist with dressing, light personal care inc. showering, and medication reminders
• Coordinate and accompany to appointments and outings
• Manage emails and light scheduling
• Maintain communication with household staff (chef, driver, trainer, etc.)
• Provide companionship that is firm, respectful, and aligned with the client’s desire for autonomy

Ideal Candidate

• Emotionally mature and highly intelligent
• Strong communicator, able to read the room and adapt accordingly
• Calm, confident, and adaptable
• Physically capable of supporting light mobility needs
• Prior experience in private households, estate settings, or as a high-level companion/caregiver is strongly preferred
