Job Overview:

A wonderful family in Pasadena is seeking a Full-Time Nanny to care for their four children, aged between 10 and 4.
The ideal candidate is flexible, energetic, kind, and patient, with a desire for a long-term position.
This role includes a variety of childcare and household support tasks, requiring a “person of all trades” mentality to assist wherever needed.

This is a full-time position, Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7 PM, with flexibility to work occasional weekends or adjust to changing schedules.

Childcare Duties:

• Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
• Assist with homework and educational activities as needed.
• Plan and schedule engaging activities for the children.
• Assist with school pick-ups and drop-offs as needed (vehicle provided).
• Homework support and guidance.

Household Support:

• Run errands and purchase groceries as directed (vehicle provided).
• Assist with household projects, such as organizing photos or preparing for children’s birthday parties.
• Prepare snacks and light meals for the children.
• Perform light housekeeping, including tidying after meals, doing laundry, and maintaining a clean environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with a family with three or more children.
• Flexibility to accommodate schedule changes and occasional weekend work.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Impeccable driving record and ability to travel with the family (e.g., Palm Desert).
• Physically capable of handling an active household, including navigating stairs and carrying children.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience in education or child development).
• Polished and professional demeanor at all times.
• Excellent, verifiable references.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7 PM. Flexibility to work occasional weekends or adapt to schedule changes.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $100,000 per year.
