(CLOSED) ROTA Nanny Brentwood $125k+
- Schedule: 14 days on/14 days off, 6:30am–7:30pm
- Children: Twin 3-year-olds (in school Mon–Fri, 9am–1pm)
- Pay: $40–47+hour, $125k–$155k+ annualized
- Benefits: Health insurance reimbursement, 5 days PTO, sick leave

Role Summary
A caring Brentwood family is seeking a seasoned live-out rotational nanny to provide consistent care for their twin toddlers. The position runs on a 14-day on/14-day off schedule, with full-day coverage from morning wake-up through bedtime. While the twins are at school during the mornings, the nanny will handle child-focused responsibilities such as meal preparation, laundry, and organization. The family is looking for a career nanny who can commit long-term, bring structure and educational play, and travel with them when needed.
Key Duties
- Provide full-spectrum care in a nurturing environment, balancing warmth with respectful boundaries.
- Coordinate routines for meals, naps, activities, and travel.
- Drive to/from school, outings, and playdates.
- Prepare nutritious meals and involve children in cooking when appropriate.
- Maintain tidy and organized children’s spaces, toys, and belongings.
- Manage children’s laundry and dishes (housekeeper handles deep cleaning).
Qualifications
- Experienced in early childhood development; ideally with a Child Development/ECE background.
- Able to anticipate developmental stages and support learning and independence.
- Loving, calm, playful personality; comfortable balancing active parental involvement.
- Proactive, adaptable, and skilled at blending into a household team.
- Excellent swimmer, comfortable with pool supervision.
- Confident traveler with prior experience supporting families on trips.
- Tech-savvy (email, shared calendars, online ordering).
- Dog-friendly; comfortable with a large, gentle family pet.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work alongside a long-term housekeeper and fellow nanny.
Requirements
- Local candidate within commuting distance (no fly-in/fly-out; housing only provided during overnights).
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and clean record (nanny car provided).
- Trustline registered or willing to become certified.
