We streamline the path to finding your ideal caregiver with an initial search fee, applied to the final invoice if you choose to hire through us. This covers consultations, the search itself, and all communications prior to your official hiring decision, guaranteeing swift and efficient candidate presentations.
Quality care starts with fair employment terms. We require a competitive offer from clients, including paid time off and a reliable wage structure. We also advocate for a paid trial, typically 2-5 days, to assess the caregiver’s fit with your family’s lifestyle and to provide them with the necessary orientation and training.
Avoid the ‘Early-Bird Syndrome’ where speed can compromise quality. Even if you’re impressed with your first interviewees, we recommend reviewing additional candidates to ensure the best match. We facilitate this delicate balance, avoiding hasty decisions while respecting swift timelines.
