Personal Assistant For High Profile Actress

A high profile actress is currently seeking a well-polished assistant to work in the LA area.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years experience supporting a high-profile entertainer in a similar capacity. Must have high levels of discretion. There is extensive travel involved in this role, candidates must have a 24/7 mindset and be able to travel as needed. Candidates must also be local to the Los Angeles area.

Typical duties include calendar management, sitting in on meetings, corresponding on behalf of the principal, meeting coordination, acting as a liaison for the principal, extensive travel booking, scheduling glam, running errands, and more as needed.

Some estate management duties are required as you will interface with domestic staff: nannies, housekeepers, groundskeepers and other vendors. The candidate will work primarily in Los Angeles and be extremely tech savvy.

A drivers license will be required, as will a passport and authorization to work in the USA. Qualified candidates will be responded to.
