Location: Montecito
Schedule: Full Time (with travel, flexibility, and overtime)
Children: 3, with a focus on the 7 year old boy
Compensation: $50/h
We’re currently seeking a dedicated and experienced caregiver to join a Montecito-based family. The family consists of three children, including a 7-year-old boy who faces challenges related to ADHD and impulsivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABA and/or OT to provide specialized care for this child.
Role and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with another full-time nanny to provide comprehensive care for three children, with a primary focus on the oldest with A
Be open to travel during summers and winters.
Flexible availability, including on-call hours and occasional overnights.
Requirements
Substantial experience in ABA and/or OT, particularly in addressing ADHD challenges.
Ability to adapt to the distinct needs of each child.
Lifestyle and Environment
Family resides in the Montecito area, in a serene environment.
Caregiving is a collaborative effort within the household.
Occasional travel is a part of the family’s routine.
Safety is the priority.
