A rare opportunity for a seasoned, professional, polished Estate Manager has opened up to facilitate the smooth operation of multiple properties. It must be someone local to Los Angeles who already knows what it’s like to run the Estate of a High Profile family. Experience with multiple properties is a requirement.

The successful candidate will be required to oversee both the primary residence in Beverly Hills and the home in Malibu, as well as property in NYC.

The general hours are 8am – 5:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Typical Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing house maintenance, repairs, services and security for multiple properties.
• Supervision of household staff including nannies, chefs, bodyguards, drivers and housekeepers
• Handling staffing schedules to ensure proper coverage at all times
• Scheduling appointments and managing family calendars, liaising with various offices and staff
• Relaying to NYC property when family will be in town and managing staff there, ensuring fully stocked house etc.
• Plan and coordinate social functions where needed
• Experience with house projects / construction
• Excellent budgeting skills
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with their offices.
• Perform general errands and complete shopping needs as and where required, ensuring a fully stocked house at all times and purchasing in a time and cost effective way
• Other administrative responsibilities and projects as assigned.
• Ensuring everything is functioning correctly, entertainment systems, sliding doors, automated systems etc

There won’t be travel involved for this position. The family are looking to pay for the person with the best experience, and willingness to always go above and beyond, starting at $120k with full benefits (Vacation, Sick, Holidays, Health).

A caring, sporty, positive Manny / Family Assistant is needed to work with busy Actress mom and her son in Hollywood.

The position is spread over 6 days, so you’ll always have 1 day off a week, typically either a Saturday or a Sunday. The mom needs someone who is extremely flexible, a real team player, as she is in and out of shooting movies and TV shows so needs someone that can ‘roll with it’!

The mom is guaranteeing 48 hours of work ($1,200) a week, the schedule will be flexible.

The young boy started Kindergarten this week (yay!) and mom would really want someone that has elementary teaching experience to keep her son current with his academia. A passport is a must, as traveling happens often and the manny would need to travel with them. There are other times when mom would need to take a quick trip and would prefer you stay at the house with him; so comfort in doing this is also necessary.

Her son is very adventurous, very social, loves to be kept busy, being outdoors, creating, building, heavily interested in trains currently, takes drum lessons and is showing an interest in trumpet and trombone; he has a ‘very gentle spirit’. A very busy family living in the Westwood area of Los Angeles, CA are looking for a professional Driver to keep charge and oversee their vehicles and assist with pick ups and drop off.

The would like to pay around $30 per hour, the hours would typically be Monday – Friday from 12:00pm-6:00pm.

The ideal candidate would have years of experience as a driver, preferably working closely with a family, including children. An amazing family in the fashion industry are looking for a temp nanny to move in for a few weeks to care for their children while they head out of town.

Because there are two of them, you will only be caring for 1 at a time when the other twin is shooting scenes (they switch off every 6 hours). They need someone flexible but are typically looking for someone Monday – Friday 4pm until 10pm latest.
