An amazing family in the fashion industry are looking for a temp nanny to move in for a few weeks to care for their children while they head out of town.

They are leaving on Sat 10th and return on the 24th Sept; there is a possibility they stay out of town an extra week, so a potential for the position to last three weeks if the nanny is able to stay longer.

They have 2 teenage girls aged 15 and 16, the girls are fully capable of taking care of themselves, they really just need someone reliable and trustworthy to be present at the home after school and weekends. They would need someone to help them with dinner and to ensure they’re safe.

The nanny will have their own private bedroom and bathroom. Weekday evenings and weekends are when you’d be doing the most work (outside these hours you’re free to do whatever you choose, so long as you’re back at the house by 3/3:30pm.

They are offering $1000 a week. This position is great for someone in-between positions who wants to give 110% into their job search during the day and hang out in the evening!

We need a nanny / manny for busy identical twins in the Hollywood area! The family are here in LA now through Mid-October shooting a TV show. Because there are two of them, you will only be caring for 1 at a time when the other twin is shooting scenes (they switch off every 6 hours). The nanny will take on the role of sole guardian for the supervised twin, so they will manage everything from meal time, naps to travel to and from set for call times, changing etc. 
The twins are almost 3 and will need someone through Oct. 12th. 
Their schedule will fluctuate day to day and week to week since it will align on to the shoot schedule, but family will give as much notice as possible. Typical hours will be Monday – Friday 7am-7pm. Pay is DOE.

The responsibilities of the nanny will include 
– Staying at the house; playing, entertainment and pre-school level teaching (reading, practicing numbers, coloring etc)
– Communicating with the mom and the personal set PA on call times to ensure the twin is on set at the right time.
– Meal time
– Nap time

The nanny should:

Location – Hancock Park, Los Angeles, CA.

Busy Professional Family in Hancock Park are looking for their next male or female nanny for their 2 boys (3 and 5). They are looking for someone to assist them FULL-TIME, Monday – Friday 11am – 8pm (with flexibility for late nights, strong possibility of overtime etc). They are looking to pay anywhere between $20-25 per hour, on the books, with benefits (paid vacation, holiday pay, sick pay).

There will be travel involved so somebody that is passport ready is essential (once to twice a year tops).

They are looking for someone that has an educational background (pre-k teaching / Waldorf experience a plus). Somebody well-mannered, professional, polished, youthful, very active (2 boys!) Somebody that likes to cook more than mac and cheese and reheated broccoli is highly required, not gourmet but a happy medium. Being able to speak a second language is also great but by no means required. There will be a nanny transitioning out of the position so you will have plenty of time for a smooth transition, time to shadow etc so you’re by no means thrown in the deep end. The kids will be going to 2 different schools, a car is required, with a clean record, and gas will be reimbursed at IRS rate.

The position is really for an experienced nanny, it’s a fully staffed property so knowing how to interact with other staff and remaining professional is of the utmost importance.

Typical duties include entertaining the children and giving them an exciting, safe, fun-filled weekend. You will also need to be comfortable running errands for the family and turning on a dime to the changing needs and schedules while staying in close communication with everyone. Keeping in close communication with the weekday nanny is important to ensure nothing falls through the cracks with regards to homework, reports, etc. Allergies exist in the house so anybody with experience keeping children away from certain allergens is a plus.

A proven track record of delivering excellent care and attention to previous families is paramount, this family are looking for someone who is upbeat, energetic, enthusiastic and youthful. A college degree is desired, as is someone that is able to work well with a full team of assistants, business managers and the principals. Cooking skills above mac and cheese are mandatory! The children are very easy going and require zero discipline so fun but firm isn’t necessarily needed here. They certainly need someone with ample flexibility, able to stay late when needed (parents hold erratic schedules), so anyone that is clock-watching would not enjoy it here. Live-in is ideal for the weekend position or at least being open to sleeping over at the house if you’d rather wake up refreshed for the next day than commute to your home late PM to return to work early AM.

They need someone flexible but are typically looking for someone Monday – Friday 4pm until 10pm latest. They are looking to pay $24-27 per hour with room to increase to $30 after a successful trial period. They also offer vacation and sick benefits. A passport is required incase you decide to join them on vacations out of the Country. A clean driving record would be needed, along with a reliable vehicle to help shuttle boys to various activities; a degree is desired but not compulsory. Encouraging the kids to balance their time and think proactively is key, juggle video games with basketball with swimming with homework with eating right and generally getting them to start thinking a few moves ahead rather than 5 hours of TV and video games after school.

Amazing busy Mom in Beverly Hills is looking for a strong, positive, energetic, male role model for her 9-year son to emulate. looking to start as soon as possible.

This live-out manny position would keep you busy most of the week, with weekends off. Typical hours would be Monday – Friday approx 7am-10am then again approx 2pm-6pm. Manny would come in the morning, get son ready for school and out the door. Once he is dropped off you would have quite a bit of free time take care of a few household errands, answer emails pertaining to the son and make sure everything is in order. The rest of the daytime the mother encourages education and is more than willing to help with costs of classes to take online while boy is in school. He would then be picked up, driven to activities, brought home, helped with homework and entertained until mom gets home from work.

The house is fully staffed so you wouldn’t be expected to be a great Chef, Cleaner, House Manager etc but will need to know the basics to each of these positions in case a bulb needs to be replaced, a meal needs to be made, or a load needs to be put in the washer; they’re looking for a real ‘Jack-of-all-trades’ Manny.

There is a great car provided to use when driving on the job, they also offer 2-3 weeks paid vacation, and sick days / National paid holidays. They also offer Holiday and Birthday bonuses. The pay is between $20-25/h, taxed.

They are looking for someone with experience working with children, somebody chill, no drama, professional, well presented. Experience with a sporting background would be great, as would surfing or the ability to learn with the boy as they have a Malibu house too. Water safety is a high concern for them so please feel 100% confident in both pools and ocean. The son loves to read so being able to encourage that, possibly read along with him and have discussions on the books would be great.
