This full time position is replacing their current manny, and leaving some big shoes to fill! The parents would like to contract someone who provides the same authoritative nature, organizational skills, and professional demeanor as their current guy.

About the position: in this role you’d be responsible for two boys ages 11 and 12. Duties would include but are not limited to school pickups and drop offs, transport to various extra curricular activities, helping with homework and sports, and ensuring the kids are staying on track overall. Communication will play a large part with this family, and providing progress reports on how the boys are faring in the different areas of their lives (school, sports, etc) is part of the gig. Someone approachable and relatable, with the ability to discipline will be great for this family as you’ll monitor screen time, ensure homework is completed, and keep the boys on top of their game.

This position comes with high expectations, but is extremely rewarding for someone willing to put in the work. The family does travel quite a bit, both locally and internationally throughout the year so please be passport ready and of course (or take off the time when they’re away, paid!) apply with a clean driving record. Salary starts at $85k with potential room for professional growth as the children get older and their needs change; you can find yourself moving into the House Manager role.

We are helping a busy family of three look for a top notch professional housekeeper for their 4,000SF house in West Los Angeles. This person should have excellent deep cleaning and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

They are looking to pay $20-25 per hour.
They are open to 2 schedules – with the top one being more favorable.
1 – Monday to Friday 7am-12pm (25 hours per week)
2 – Monday, Wednesday an Friday 7am-3pm (24 hours per week)

Typical responsibilities include:

They need someone to be with them Monday-Friday with typical hours from around 11/12pm – 6/7pm, with some flex to start early / stay later. Duties would include heading to the house, prepping some snacks, making sure the house is not in disarray and heading to pick up the children from school, preparing dinner for the kids and maybe the parents.

They are look for a real Jack/Jill of all trades. They have a housekeeper that comes Monday and Friday but they really need someone that can keep the house in one piece between that time.
It is by no means a housekeeper position, but additional duties would involve light cleaning of the house, grocery shopping for the household, kids’ laundry if the pile gets too high. The house is not large so the light cleaning would not be excessive.
The children are aged 5 (boy) & 3 (girl) and are starting to have more and more energy, requiring someone who can be active and fun and know what age-appropriate activities would best suit them along with an understanding and ability of preparing healthy meals, getting creative in the kitchen is of the utmost importance!

This is a position for a nanny who will be well looked after and treated with respect, you will come into close contact with celebrities so the professionalism and discretion has to be there or it will not work out. We have an awesome family of four living in Pacific Palisades that are looking to transition to a manny/family assistant to helping their 3 year old son develop healthy patterns by having a male role model to emulate.
Both parents are also very involved, they have also had the same nanny since their daughter was born (now 8) and have been happy with her as a nanny, but now that our son is older and their families needs have changed, they need someone who can help manage the family calendar, run errands, and assist the family in addition to helping raise their son, who is physically strong, bright, very sweet, but is also a strong willed child!
They need someone that can maintain the boundaries and family rules they’ve established rather than park him in front of the TV or an iPad if those boundaries are tested!

Singer songwriter Mom and TV/Film Producer Dad often travel and would love the manny to be flexible make an effort to visit his sets while the kids have a school break and are also open to having the manny housesit while out of town and find a local nanny on their trips.

Mom has a home studio which gives her the flexibility to work but also be present for their son when he comes home from preschool and also to practice piano with their daughter after school; creative folks are highly encouraged to apply!

We are helping fantastic 1st time Parents look for a nanny for their 3 month old boy, to start in January 2018.

The position will start out at Part-Time, moving into Full-Time. As the family grows, they plan for ongoing assessment of their needs (as it pertains to the nanny) during this new period.
