3. Candidate introductions
We introduce carefully vetted candidates who are interested in the role and aligned with your household.
Our placement fees
1. $249 Search Fee
A $249 search fee begins the candidate search. This allows us to start introducing carefully vetted candidates aligned with your role.
If we are unable to find a candidate you choose to hire within the 1st month, the search fee is fully refundable.
2. Placement Fee
When you hire a candidate we introduce, the placement fee is 20% of the nanny’s annual gross compensation.
All placements include a 90-day replacement window. If the position ends during that time we restart the search and introduce new candidates.
