    Our process

    What happens after you submit.

We use the inquiry to get the role clear before we start introducing people. That helps keep the search thoughtful and fast.

    1. Review and follow-up

We look at schedule, role scope, ages, location, and the kind of support your household needs.

    2. Consultation and alignment

We talk through compensation, expectations, timeline, and what kind of nanny is the right match.

    3. Candidate introductions

Once the role is clear, we move into search, screening, and introductions worth your time.

Families looking for a more guided search rather than sorting through dozens of candidates on their own.

    • Full-time nanny searches
    • Weekend and travel support
    • Newborn care and infant support
    • Family assistant style roles
    Placement fees

    How search fees are structured.

We keep fees transparent and upfront. During consultation, we walk through the right structure for your search and confirm everything in writing before the search begins.

    Search fee

A one-time search fee starts the process and is valid for 90 days.

    Temporary placement

    25%

If you do not hire within 30 days, the search fee is refundable upon request, subject to the terms of your agreement.
