Professional experience

At least 5 years of childcare experience, including 3 years of private domestic nanny experience with verifiable references.

Los Angeles residency

Candidates must live in Los Angeles or plan to relocate within one month of joining the agency.

CPR / First Aid

A current CPR and First Aid/AED certification is required or must be completed prior to starting a position.

Legal work status

All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Age and professionalism

Candidates must be 21 years or older and demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong communication.

Language and education

Fluency in English is required. Many candidates are also educated to college level or equivalent childcare training.

Transportation

A valid California driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle are often required for school pickups and activities.

References and work history

Candidates must provide strong professional references and a complete employment history with all gaps explained.

TrustLine registration

Nannies must be TrustLine certified or willing to complete TrustLine registration upon hire.
