CPR / First Aid
A current CPR and First Aid/AED certification is required or must be completed prior to starting a position.
Legal work status
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Age and professionalism
Candidates must be 21 years or older and demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong communication.
Language and education
Fluency in English is required. Many candidates are also educated to college level or equivalent childcare training.
Transportation

TrustLine registration
Nannies must be TrustLine certified or willing to complete TrustLine registration upon hire.
