Role overview

A private family in Beverly Hills is seeking a calm, experienced, and highly dependable ROTA nanny to provide dedicated care for their 3-year-old child. This is a long-term position in a fully staffed household. The nanny's sole focus will be the child and their day-to-day care, development, and well-being.

Schedule and travel

• Seven days on, living in during the working rotation
• Seven days off, living out
• Summer travel may require rotations of up to 14 consecutive working days
• Flexibility during travel periods is essential

• Professional collaboration with parents and household staff
• Child-focused role with sole responsibility for the 3-year-old while on duty

Responsibilities

• Assume sole responsibility for the child during the working rotation
• Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care in a calm and nurturing environment
• Maintain the child's established routines and schedule
• Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities and outings
• Support the child's social, emotional, and developmental growth
• Coordinate professionally with the parents and other household staff
• Prepare and organize the child for family travel
• Maintain discretion and respect the family's privacy

Ideal background

• Previous ROTA or comparable live-in experience
• Strong experience caring for preschool-aged children
• Excellent judgment, communication, and organizational skills
